I offer a single 120 minute session offering my skills and expertise to answer questions, give you resources and create an ideal post birth plan. I will work with you to process fears and have you feeling more prepared emotionally and physically for the big journey ahead. Use the tools gained from this meeting as a map and strengthening tool.
