Hi, I’m Alex.
As a Doula Mentor & Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, Studying Parent Coach and Photographer in the Pacific Northwest areas, I am passionate about empowering families through the transformative journey of parenthood. Living in Tacoma with my three children and rescue Red Heeler tripod Frank, my personal triumph over Postpartum Anxiety and ADHD informs my dedicated support for families, especially those facing mental health challenges and disabilities or trauma. With almost a decade of experience, extensive training and a focus on perinatal mental health, I offer a blend of holistic support and practical insight to help families thrive during these profound transitions.
